The Battle between good and evil, Law and order is perpetual. "BAAZI" is the story of Ajay, an honest police Inspector, who is happily married to Asha and has two loving children Ajay is incorruptible, but very excitable. His numerous raids on criminal hideouts cripple the activities of the criminals. One particular gang comprising of Chairman, Rocky and Teja is badly affected by the raids. The villains decide to provoke Ajay and Ajay falls in their trap and is framed. Ajay has to resign in disgrace.

Ajay leaves Bombay and goes to Pahelgam where he joins his father in running the family timber business. He wants to lead a peaceful life but fate has other things in store for him.

A reunion with an old friend, Albert, leads Ajay to a casino being run by the same group of criminals. Albert, being a compulsive gambler starts playing for high stakes. Ajay notices that the casino people are cheating. Ajay protests. This leads to a physical confrontation in which Ajay is assaulted and his chest is cut open. Albert, who happens to see the Chairman as the head of the group, is killed.

When Ajay comes to know about Albert's death , he vows to avenge his friends death .To save themselves from wrath of Ajay's anger, the villains start looking for someone who can be their bodyguard and who can match Ajay hand to hand . They hire Salim, a poor woodcutter with enough strength in his arms to lift trees.

Ajay comes to the casino looking for the murderers. A fight between Ajay and Salim starts in which Salim is knocked down unconscious . Rocky cuts open Salim's chest and when Salim comes back into consciousness, tells that Ajay has done it. Thus he plants the seeds of enmity between Ajay and Salim.
Salim gets well and he goes to get his revenge.

What happens then?
Who wins?
Is Ajay able to wipe out the citadel of vice and crime and at what cost?

That is the story of "BAAZI" to be seen on the screen.
